Hazardous Location emergency lights and exit signs are designed for industrial applications where the prevalence of ignitable dust, chemicals and vapors make installing standard battery backup lights a safety hazard, as well as an insurance liability. Our hazardous location battery units are custom-built in North America and individually tested to the highest standards. They are manufactured to withstand adverse conditions in Class 1 Division 1 and Class 1 Division 2 environments. .
